What's Wrong With This House

There's a lot of things to do to a home to make it interesting and/or spoopy. Here's some!

13 Ghosts it. The walls are laid with material, runes, or prayers that make them ghost-touch, basically. The house was built as a trap for spirits, or similar.

The floor has thin lines of metal running dead center, and the halls turn in ways that make no sense. This forms a massive magical antenna, amplifying effects at the center or something.

The courtyard at the center of the house is different through every window (like the Ael'fin and Eel'fin). Weather changes there, and etc.

The house is different from different perspectives. Entering the East door brings you to a different home than North, e.g. It's actually several houses stacked on each other.

House of Leaves. The home has a closet that keeps getting bigger until one day it's a dungeon in the plane of shadow, or the home of lost things, or etc.

Winchester House. A madman built it with stairs to nowhere, doorframes at odd angles, etc. May have portals to Sigil, Limbo, etc. Chaos magic gets bumps here, maybe.
