Ghost Ship

A ship sails into view on a lake that's barely deep enough to float the thing. There are no navigable rivers into the lake, or out. In the center of the lake there's a small island, perhaps, or maybe the lake's opposite edges are too far away to be seen. Whatever the case, the ship slowly hoves into view from behind a line of old pines, sails across the lake, and vanishes again where it can't be seen.
